1. What is the delivery time?

Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location and chosen shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you delivery information.

2. What payment methods do you support?

We support secure payments via Shopify Payments, as well as cash on delivery.

3. Is it possible to change or cancel an order?

Yes, if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to modify or cancel the order.

4. How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. For more information, please visit the "Returns" page.

5. Can I choose my own image design?

Currently, we do not offer custom-made paintings from your own photos. However, you can choose from a large number of designs available in our offer.

6. Are your paintings suitable for beginners?

Yes, our paint-by-number kits are suitable for absolute beginners. Each set includes everything you need and detailed instructions.
